m66y Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on m66y, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the m66y platform.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and m66y regarding your use of the platform. They apply to all products and services available on m66y including sports betting, live casino, bingo, the VIP programme and all promotional offers.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open and use a m66y account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. m66y does not knowingly permit underage individuals to register or participate in any gaming activity.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, using your own accurate personal and payment details. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended m66y account. Only one account per person is permitted regardless of device, browser or payment method used.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, address and a valid contact number.
• You must use a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals through accounts belonging to another person are not permitted.

m66y reserves the right to verify the above requirements at any time and to request supporting documentation. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility conditions will be suspended and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Responsibility

Your m66y account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not that activity was carried out by you directly.

• Keep your login credentials — username, password and any PIN or biometric access — private and secure. Do not share them with any other person.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact m66y support immediately. m66y is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must update your account details promptly if your personal information, contact number or payment method changes. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift or otherwise transfer access to your m66y account to any other person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on m66y are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). m66y supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and debit cards registered in the account holder's name.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed at the time of deposit within your account.
• Deposits are generally credited within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• m66y does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside m66y's control.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Standard processing times: 1–3 business days for all accounts. VIP Gold: same day. VIP Platinum: within 4 hours. VIP Diamond: within 1 hour.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within your account at the time of request.
• m66y may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents must be provided within 7 days of request or the withdrawal will be held pending document submission.
• Funds representing active bonus balances or amounts subject to open wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

m66y offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page as well as the general rules set out here.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) that must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is stated on each offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute at 100%, while some casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in the offer terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: m66y monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. This includes placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other behaviour that in m66y's reasonable judgement is designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage with the platform in good faith.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on m66y are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport, game or product. These rules are published within the respective section of the platform and form part of these terms.

• Bets are confirmed and final once accepted by the platform. Confirmation is sent at the time of placement. m66y does not accept requests to void or amend bets after they have been confirmed.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds or game outcomes, m66y reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Live in-play bets on cricket and other sports are placed at the odds available at the moment of acceptance. Delays in connectivity may affect the odds received, which will be the odds confirmed in your bet receipt.
• m66y reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at any time without prior notice.
• Bingo games are subject to the rules published within the bingo section. Prize pools and jackpot amounts are confirmed before each game session begins.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m66y. Accounts found to be engaged in any of these will be suspended immediately and any associated balance may be forfeited:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other non-human method of placing bets or navigating the platform.
• Exploiting errors in odds, game outcomes or promotional systems — including but not limited to placing bets on a clearly incorrect market price before it can be corrected.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity, age or location during registration or verification.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider information betting or any activity that constitutes cheating or fraud in relation to sporting events or games.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform — depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful gaming activity constitutes potential money laundering and will be reported.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been reported as stolen or fraudulent.

8 Responsible Gaming

m66y is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is entertainment — it should be enjoyable and always played within your personal financial means.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session reminders: You can enable session time reminders that alert you when you have been logged in for a set period.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, you can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through support. A temporary exclusion runs for a minimum of 30 days during which you cannot access your account. A permanent exclusion closes your account and prevents re-registration.
• Reality checks: m66y displays running totals of your session activity to help you stay informed about your wagering history.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

m66y reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

When an account is closed for voluntary reasons by the player (not as a result of a breach), any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to verification requirements.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected breach, balances will be held pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

10 Limitation of Liability

m66y provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical faults.

• m66y is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection issues on the player's device or network, or errors in third-party game provider software.
• m66y is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses from unauthorised access where the player failed to keep credentials private.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game outcomes, m66y's liability is limited to returning the stake placed on the affected bet.
• m66y does not accept liability for gaming losses as a result of a player's personal financial decisions. Gaming decisions are the player's own responsibility.

11 Privacy and Data

By registering on m66y you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data m66y holds about you by contacting support.

12 Changes to Terms

m66y may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email and/or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of the m66y platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
